The box car media unit features 80 solid steel rivets. We draw inspiration form the things we see working with steam railways and engines alike. The steel hot rivet was used before the age of welding and provides a tight strong long lasting joint.
This product incorporates the finest British steel and solid oak. We finish our steel once blackened with a Quality clear lacquer. The rough sawn oak gets a few coats of linseed oil giving it protection and the semi gloss look.
Our intentions with these units is to provide a long lasting modern looking industrial centre piece.
Being of such high build quality and being fully recyclable gives this unit a low carbon footprint as it will last a lifetime.
These units are made to order and will be fully customisable on request we can quote for alterations.
The units are a fair weight due to the build quality and will be shipped on a pallet and will require adequate room for delivery.
